The X-Tracking user interface consists of the following applications: Web Application, X-Tracking HHT Android App.

In X-Tracking™ hospital staff and safety inspectors can easily search for all types of safety equipment by just typing part of a name and location. Staff can search across all types, names, status, locations in X-Tracking™. The search result contains; last seen location, name, status, type, and any highlighted notifications.

In X-Tracking HHT Android App safety inspectors can manually scan RFID tags or barcodes to record safety equipment as shown above.

The X-Tracking HHT Android App is also used in the process of mounting RFID tags on safety equipment and ensure RFID data matches device master data.

The X-Tracking HHT Android App is also used in the process of mounting RFID labels on medical devices and ensure RFID data matches device master data.

The X-Tracking MDCC Windows App reads RFID tags on medical devices and locates them to a selected location. The X-Tracking MDCC Windows App automatically shows the medical devices with relevant master data and potential alerts e.g. PPM date due.

Use Lyngsoe X-tracking™ to track medical devices using RFID and GS1 standards Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust was one of the first six hospitals in England to adopt the new GS1 Standards and combined this with the deployment of new radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to help track valuable assets. The Trust has an inventory of more than 22,000 mobile medical devices and a dedicated team of clinical engineering staff who are responsible for carrying out regular maintenance and urgent repairs to the equipment fleet. Medical devices are categorised into different risk categories and it is vital that each device is regularly serviced to maintain optimal performance and ensure its safe use when treating patients. About Aarhus University Hospital (AUH) AUH is the biggest hospital construction project in Denmark in current history. Connecting the existing Aarhus University Hospital Skejby into one large new hospital complex. AUH is the size of a small Danish city, with streets, neighborhoods, squares, and green areas. AUH is designed to be flexible meeting future demands regarding techniques, treatments, and work methods. AUH was fully constructed in 2019. www.auh.dk THE CHALLENGE​ With over 800 beds, 100,000 inpatients, and 900,000 outpatients a year at full capacity, logistical challenges could occur A recent analysis by Aarhus University Hospital (AUH) shows that hospital staff use about 12 minutes per shift to locate essential resources. Considering the size and scale of the new generation of super hospitals, the risk of spending more time searching for beds, equipment, patients and staff was increased. As a large-scale campus covering 375,000m², AUH is completely covered with state-of-the-art equipment and systems.
