Lyngsoe Perishable Food Monitoring™ is designed to help build consumer trust. During transport, the suppliers can monitor temperature and humidity of shipments and receive alerts if critical thresholds are approaching or have passed. This will enable real-time recalls and reduce/eliminate critical challenges. Upon delivery, the consumer will get a delivery indication – stating that the food was securely handled and distributed.
ENABLES DELAYED DELIVERY
A complex temperature algorithm translates registrations to useful information. Should the temperature rise or humidity drop below stipulated requirements, alerts will immediately notify the supplier requesting action. Similarly, the algorithm can be used, if needed, for extending delivery time intervals.

The Lyngsoe Perishable Food Monitoring™ solution is fully compliant to WHO requirements for use to monitor temperature and humidity critical transports. Also, the solution supports Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
