Tote Stacker Chute™ 2000 - Stacks for Efficient Logistics
Tote Stacker Chute™ 2000 - Actuated chute for building stacks without the heavy lifting
Fitting onto the Sort Mate™ 2000 module, the Tote Stacker Chute allows library staff to build a stack of totes going to the same destination without lifting any full totes. When a tote is signaled full by the system, then staff simply lowers the integrated “forklift” and places the next empty tote on top. When the stack is complete, the entire stack can be rolled away on a Lyngsoe Tote Dolly.
The tote stacker chute™ 2000 product is part of our automated material handling solution
Automating returns with a book sorter brings a host of benefits to your library. With the latest generation in Automated Material Handling Systems for libraries, Sort Mate™ 2000, you will significantly improve circulation, while reducing cost and the need for physical handling of materials. Lyngsoe Systems’ Sort Mate™ sorter series is modular, allowing the same fast, accurate, and reliable quality to lift the performance in both a central sorting facility and in a branch library.
