EcoVadis – Sustainability Assessments
As a part of our efforts, Lyngsoe Systems have reported at Group level to EcoVadis since 2014. In 2023, we have again been awarded a silver medal as a recognition of our EcoVadis rating.
EcoVadis is a globally recognized assessment platform which offers independent sustainability assessments of companies’ global supply chains. It rates companies’ sustainability performance and identifies actions for improvement by reviewing policies, actions, and published reporting related to four key categories: Environmental impact, labor and human rights standards, ethics, and sustainable procurement practices.
UN Global Compact: our contribution to the SDGs
Lyngsoe Systems is signatory to UN Global Compact and thereby committed to supporting the Ten Principles of the The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), which is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative for businesses.
The 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outline globally agreed pathways to sustainable development and call for action by all countries to promote prosperity while protecting the planet. By incorporating the globally recognized SDGs in our sustainability strategy and key initiatives, we strive to build a corporate responsible culture and take responsibility for the planet by being a responsible business.
Based on an evaluation of business and societal impact, we have chosen to focus on and dedicate ourselves to the following seven goals, where we believe we can make the most impact and a difference. Therefore, these also particularly link with our sustainability efforts and targets.
