Lyngsoe Systems Group Announces Formation of New Subsidiary, Lyngsoe Systems Library Solutions

On the first of September, Lyngsoe Systems A/S officially formed a new subsidiary company, Lyngsoe Systems Library Solutions (LSLS). This strategic move will allow the company to further focus on its core competencies and enhance its service offerings to the global library market.

LSLS will encompass all of Lyngsoe Systems’ activities related to public and academic libraries. The new subsidiary will continue to be based in Aars, Denmark, alongside its now sister company, which will continue under the Lyngsoe Systems name and concentrates on providing logistics solutions to a wide range of industries.

Building upon Collaboration and a Longstanding Reputation

The formation of LSLS will enable both companies to leverage their respective expertise and market positions more effectively. While the two entities will operate as separate legal entities, they will remain part of the Lyngsoe Systems Group and continue to collaborate closely.
