Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. During the Sweepstakes Period, enter by signing up for the Lyngsoe Systems newsletter at https://lyngsoesystems.com/logistics/join-to-win. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

One winner will receive a LEGO® Yellow Delivery Truck set. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $99. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided at entry within [5] business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within [7] days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
