Leaving equipment unattended shouldn’t feel risky. That’s why Smart Charge is fitted with heavy-gauge, seam-welded steel chassis and locks rated to withstand more than 300 kg of force.
Like our other Smart Locker solutions, patrons identify themselves with a library card, barcode, or another supported ID method, and every access is logged in a real-time audit trail.
Never Lend a Device with Low Battery
Inside a Smart Charge, laptops, tablets, and other equipment charge safely, without the risk of overheating or overcharging. The locker solution supports a range of charging levels, from 5V up to 20V, without needing different chargers or power units for different devices.
Outside, an LED light shows each device’s charge level, and a device is only issued once it’s done charging, sparing users from frustrating low-battery situations.
