A Secure Pickup Locker for Every Patron
Each locker only opens for the patron whose items are inside. Heavy-duty locks and a welded steel chassis keep reservations safe until they're picked up. Patrons can choose how they identify themselves: library card, barcode, or another supported ID method.

Fast Loading and Easy Hold Pickup
Staff scan an item, and Smart Hold assigns it a locker and prints a receipt with a barcode. Scanning that barcode unlocks the right compartment. Patrons scan their card, see their items on screen, and tap to open their locker.

Start with as few as 9 compartments or go up to 100 or more. Because Smart Hold is modular, your library can add capacity later as your demand grows, without replacing what's already there.
