  • RTLS Process Readers: Installed at workstations, process equipment, and material handling systems to track RTIs with RFID and/or optional BLE.
  • RTLS RFID Handheld Devices: Allow barcode scanning and RFID encoding and scanning of RTIs in relevant processes.
  • BLE/RFID RTI Tags: Durable asset tags designed for harsh environments that combines real time BLE, RFID and barcode data capture to enable end-to-end tracking of Assets supporting both inventory and flow management, as well as operational excellence with constant updates on asset locations. Our RFID Edgeware onboard RTLS portals and process readers handle first-level data processing, managing data filtration, zone location, and process point calculations to ensure efficient operation and accurate tracking. (When BLE is part of the solution configuration, the BLE apps for Android devices allow first-time asset registration and constant location tracking.)

The RTI Tracking Web Frontend and X-Tracking Application
The RTI tracking front-end application, Lyngsoe X-Tracking™, is a web-based application with functionality, views, and track-and-trace reports. It provides master data management for RTI tag inventory and locations. Key features include:

  • A list of RTIs at their last known location with trace history
  • Search functions for locating specific RTIs
  • Track and trace of RTIs moving in and out of specific processes and locations
  • An exchange matrix showing asset flow between regions/locations
  • A graphical overview of roll cage volumes per location

To ensure data is exchanged with customer systems, RTI data is stored for a specified time before being securely discarded from the system.

Central RTLS Middleware

The RFID Edgeware and Lyngsoe X-Tracking™ app on handheld devices push data to the Central RTLS Middleware for advanced processing, location determination, event creation, and data storage. The Central RTLS Middleware also provides seamless API integration (through a REST API integration or other options) with existing ERP, BI, WMS, PMS, and TMS systems, keeping your operations in sync and allowing data use where needed.
